No Audio in Flash Player & iTunes Update
Tuesday, July 11th, 2006Hopefully this’ll help some out there…If you’re running a Mac you may be prompted to update to iTunes 6.0.5. After I did so, all audio in Flash (both the authoring program and the player) stopped working. First, I thought it had something to do with Audacity, then, I thought it might be the Flash 9 beta I installed last night. I tried installing Flash players 8 and 9, with no luck. Finally, I realized it was the software update I just performed. The fix? Open GarageBand, play a few keys on the piano, then retry Flash. I don’t know how this guy figured it out, but it works…
