If you received a Christmas card from Daphyn and me, chances are you didn’t get “it”. My own mother didn’t realize I drew it, my best friend scolded me for highbrowing him, and only three people recognized the loose reference to Rodin’s masterpiece. Next year I’ll just have to try harder…
